The Villa

The Vila is located approximately 30Km from the port of the island at the southwest part of beautiful Kythnos in west Cyclades in a quiet golf by the see. Is 3.5 km dirt road from the main road of the island. It must be emphasized that private car is needed in order to reach the Vila. It is just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful bay beach of the golf and offers moments of isolation, relaxation and unforgettable moments overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.

It was built in 2012 with Cycladic architecture respecting the environment and the tradition of the place, and occupies an area of 260 sqm, on a plot of 4500sq.m. Which ends up in the sea.
The Vila consists of two buildings, one of which has two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 WC, kitchen, two dinning places (one at the veranda) , office space and a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board. The other one is an independent guesthouse with a large built double bed and a single built sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower, air-condition, fridge, safe and independent veranda with furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers).
All bedrooms have spacious double-beds, they also have large wardrobes, hot water, TV, air- conditioning, safe and heating.
The living rooms have smart TV, DVD player with movie collection. The office has a printer and a library with a small book collection.
The kitchen is entirely made of cement mortar and is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and of course all necessary utensils.  All floors are made of white cement mortar in the bathrooms also the walls are of the same material with color, giving different personality to each of them.

Outside, in front of the house is the large 300sqm veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, fully equipped with sofas, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and the impressive bar area with a sofa, table, bar and many cupboards. The bar is equipped with washbasin with hot water, refrigerator, outdoor fans and large BBQ area. At the end of the terrace and in front of the bar there is the swimming pool with outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun loungers.
Wooden pergolas at the bar and all the verandas in front of the house ensure coolness and pleasant stay.
All the areas of the house, the central veranda and the swimming pool have free Wi-Fi.
The house has free roofed parking places in the plot and plenty of sitting areas in different parts of the plot. Also stone stairs lead to the see in front of the Villa.
