Ιn front of the house,is a large 300 m² veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, fully equipped with sofas, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and the impressive bar area with a sofa, table, bar and many cupboards. The bar is equipped with washbasin with hot water, refrigerator, outdoor fans and large BBQ area.
At the end of the terrace and in front of the bar is the swimming pool with outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun loungers. Wooden pergolas at the bar and all the verandas in front of the house ensure coolness and pleasant stay.
All the areas of the house, the central veranda and the swimming poolarea have free WiFi.
The house has free roofed parking spaces in the plot and plenty of sitting areas in different parts of the plot.
