• Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa
• Pets are prohibited
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Maximum number of people 10 people.
• It is forbidden to light a fire in the surrounding area due to a high risk of fire except  of the specially designed BBQ space and this always under supervision.

Fiscal policy

• 30% deposit with the reservation by bank transfer.
• Full payment two days before arrival by bank transfer.
• Guarantee 1500,00 € with payment two days before arrival with transfer to a bank account  ..which is returned two days after .departure and after checking for possible damages and ..disasters by transfer to a bank account of your choice.

Check-in: από τις 14.00 έως 19.00
Check-out: until 11.00

Cancellation Policy: 30 days before arrival - 100% refund of the deposit
After 30 days before arrival there is no refund.

Minimum reservation: For the months May, June and September are the three nights. For the months July and August are the five nights.
